I'm trying to do kind of the same thing, but I'm running into a bit of a 
problem.

I'm working under "Settings" -> "Users"

I have 4 people set up inside here.  When I edit thier information, I have them 
set to "ZenUser".  When I go to Alerting Rules, I am asking for alerts on 
everything in my custom group /prod.  It's working perfectly.

My issue is when I try to edit the schedule to essentially try the above ideas. 
 I tried to set a start date of June 8th,  at 12:05am.  the duration is set for 
7 days, and it will repeat monthly.

Essentially mimicing a 1 week rotating on-call schedule.  The problem is...it's 
not adhering to it.  Am I missing something here?  It's alerting all 4 users, 
apparently paying no attention to the schedules that are set.  Am I missing 
something else maybe?
