That's quite possible...If that's the case, I'm sure I can work around it.

But the real problem here is that no matter what schedule I choose, it's 
alerting to everyone.  How do I make sure it's turned off for someone if it is 
not their week?  I mean, I can go in and disable the alerting entirely, but 
that sort of defeats the purpose of trying to set this up as an automated 
process.

In case I didn't explain correctly, basically, what I'm trying to accomplish is 
an "on-call" schedule.  Person A is on call for a week, then Person B takes 
over (Person A no longer gets alerted)  What I'm failing on is the Person A no 
longer getting alerted.  Zenoss seems to ignore the schedules I'm setting up 
completely, and just alerts everyone.  That's what makes me think I'm missing 
something on the schedule.
