That's quite possible...If that's the case, I'm sure I can work around it. But the real problem here is that no matter what schedule I choose, it's alerting to everyone. How do I make sure it's turned off for someone if it is not their week? I mean, I can go in and disable the alerting entirely, but that sort of defeats the purpose of trying to set this up as an automated process.
In case I didn't explain correctly, basically, what I'm trying to accomplish is an "on-call" schedule. Person A is on call for a week, then Person B takes over (Person A no longer gets alerted) What I'm failing on is the Person A no longer getting alerted. Zenoss seems to ignore the schedules I'm setting up completely, and just alerts everyone. That's what makes me think I'm missing something on the schedule. -------------------- m2f -------------------- Read this topic online here: http://forums.zenoss.com/viewtopic.php?p=35054#35054 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
