Thanks for all the replies. I found a lot of what I need in the document called Getting Started with Zenoss which I found at http://sourceforge.net/projects/zenoss/files/Documentation/Getting%20Started/Getting_Started_with_Zenoss.pdf/download. I'm gonna go through this doc then I'll check the Admin Guide. I'm sure it'll make more sense soon. :)
