Then I just have another local admin account that uses HFS+ that I don't really use for anything except occasional testing. In my current setup, I created a pool, and I have 2 filesystems in it, one of which is my home directory. Then I just created my account and pointed it to use that directory for my home dir. I haven't experimented with File Vault yet at all, so feel free to have at it. Hopefully when we get encryption for ZFS then we'll be able to just offer it natively that way.
