We have seen virtually no degradation of Sun (Oracle) Support since
the takeover. Sun started enforcing the requirement of system serial
number before Oracle completed the acquisition, and that is the last
major change we've seen. On the other hand, much of our experience is
related to our local support staff, and they were well above Sun
average for over a decade.
