I was hoping to make a 3.8.1 final release after resolving some windows test failures, however, several changes were committed to the 3.8 branch since the last beta. (One of these added a Windows test failure, but I'm not bitter. ;) This means I'll need to make another beta.
Does anyone know of any additional work needed before a 3.8.1 final?
