I found the cause of the problem. I have written a script that does an incremental zfs send and receive to an USB disk as backup. The problem is that beadmin sees two copies of the boot enviroments. If i export backup-2-rpool, all works. The problem now is how I clear the libbe properties on the backup on the pool on the USB disk. Alternatively, I'll change the script to export the pool after the sync.
