Zope-Dev'ers, Just for fun, I made a mockup (using QT Designer) of a Zope server control and monitoring GUI. It's purely nonfunctional--just an idea. Check it out here:

The flashing yellow LED-like indicators would give you a great deal of confidence that information is flowing. It sure would be appealing.
