Folks,

ozdotnet.com and ozdotnet.com.au are registered and in our wholesale
accounts.

Some talking points for this thread:

   1. There is no forum software for us to use. The topic is a dead-end
(time and financial) as we all know.
   2. .NET is a problematic brand for domain names. ozdotnet.com is "oz dot
net dot com". There is probably also an argument that we should get the .net
variants of those domains. Happy to pay as the cost is nominal but let us
work out what we're doing and agree on a path first.
   3. Work required to cut over ausdotnet to ozdotnet.com would be straight
forward. I'd just announce it then do it and messages to the 'wrong' address
would bounce. People will get their monthly reminders for their subscription
to the new list/domain name. My gut feel is that no one would object (except
   Yann).
   4. I think a new domain name gives us something 'brandable' that we can
hit people up to include in presentations and so on. Having it served off
lists.codify.com was good in that I could set it up immediately when ICO
was clogged with porn spam - but I think having codify in the name is
confusing now if we want to give people a 'go to' URL to promote the list
   and drive traffic.

That is about all off the top of my head.

David.
