What version of Oracle are you running?  Versions < 9.2.0.3 have leaks in the OCI 
driver, which can cause the problem you're seeing.  What is running under AOLServer 
(in terms of tcl libs and such)?  Are you using the stock Oracle db driver off of 
aolserver.com?
