Would anyone be willing to share the quality piece rate cost for picking
apples including any quality or other stipulations.  Thanks

I'll second Ken's recommendation to contact your local Extension 
Office.  You may also want to consider the treasure you have with the 
number of heirloom varieties that are represented.  If you know the variety 
of each tree and do have some rare varieties , perhaps scion wood may be 
another possible source of income.
