Thank you so much for the tip about doing runnix first.  I am now
booting fully after writing the runnix.img from Darrick's "obsolete"
folder and then copying over the 0.6.1 run files.  Yes, I was using
geni586.  It's a bit of a moot point now, but I'm using this hardware:

and a Lexar Premium 512MB CF card.
I grabbed 2 of the nagaskai's off eBay and 4 of the Lexar's a while
back and it has worked out well for my experimenting with AstLinux.

Now... onto the configuration process.
