www.BlindMiceMart.com has a talking thermometer good up to 572 degrees. That's the highest temp for a talking thermometer that I know of. You can get some kind of clip for it as well to attach it to what you are measureing. You'd have to read more about it, or ask Dale Campbell for more details.
