No, it'll create an instance, but that instance won't be assigned to a variable, so you can't access it and it goes out of scope when the page is finished. > Even still, I'd love to be able to ... I think a lot of these ideas sound really nice, but there's a part of me that doesn't want CF to turn into Java, which seems to be the direction we're going.
