Curious that this puts it in terms of "unconcern."  Sounds like being
president is a big job. If Clinton misses or messes up on any
presidential business, the Republicans can charge him with being too
distracted  by the impeachment problems to continue in office. If he
focuses on his job as president, he can be portrayed as arrogant and
"unconcerned." That's what you call being between a rock and a hard
place.
