OWNER.

GROUP.

PERMISSIONS.

The numbers mean nothing.

See that?  Group write.  Set-group-id.  Group staff.  Probably not a big
deal, because who the hell uses /var/local for anything, but there is
no excuse for not checking the OWNER, GROUP and PERMISSIONS.
