Depends if you want to wait for three weeks. If you install with 12.4 then the install process should install 6.1.0-17 by the time you complete the install and reboot, assumiing that you are connected to the 'net. It's not a problem. 12.3 was stopped because of file corruption, 12.4 was fixed.For some machines, that caused Wifi issues but only a few.
