If an alias has been setup and it has it's own xxxxxx.junkmail file (and all
the actions in that file are warn with no holds or deletes), will an
incoming message to that alias be judged by that alias junkmail file or the
junkmail file for the address the alias points to?

In the case of an alias, the actual address (the one the alias points to) will be used, rather than the intended address (the alias, the one the user sent the E-mail to).
