In most other streams, the AC-3 track wasn't missing. I assume it's the
same misalignment problem as in Channel4 streams (which patch #6 was
supposed to fix).

By the way: If you disable the AC-3 track before exporting, the messages
go away. If you disable the MP2 track instead, they go away as well. If
you cut from frame 9 (instead of 0), they begin at another point in the
file, more than 2 seconds(!) later. It's like hunting a ghost. When you
think it's near you, it's already far away from you again. :(
