OK,... this explaines all these ghost-errors (which I also noticed)! The simplest explanation ist mostly the correct one... :-))
Last question... what does the muxer do exactly if datarate is to high? Nothing (despite the messages) and letting all frame pass by OR discarding stuff which is exceeding the rate limit (and so corrupting the video)? >From your post I'm assuming the first , so it would be OK to write out just a warning about the to high data rate! ciao and THANKS for the work you did...
