OK, I could reproduce it now and cutted out the 25MB-snippet halfway into the 4GB video stream, where the problem started. It's 19 seconds long, the problem is starting slightly before the begin of the 16th second if you export the video and both audio streams (AC3 & MPEG) from pictures 0-476 using "DVD (DVBCUT multiplexer)".
You can download it from: http://test.glasstetter.net/DT06_KA_error.tts The strange thing is, that the picture where dvbcut starts with the MuxerProblem-messages seems to shift, when I cut out a different piece... it happens always at the last part of the snippet!?! (that was just an impression, I' don't investigated this any further...maybe I'm wrong... I cutted out quit a lot around that position...;-)) I've the feeling that the stream causes some problem which accumulates somehow in dvbcut before the error is printed out...
