I believe most DX4Win users who also operate FT8 would like full integration. Most likely that would require adding UDP communication and Paul says that is not likely to happen, at least not anytime soon.
Fortunately, it is not difficult to add FT8 QSOs to DX4Win. I create a shortcut to the WSJT-X (or JTDX) .adi file. I import that file and it imports very quickly. Not ideal, but very easy. If you need a logging program with real time uploads to Club Log, LOTW, full integration with other software and other fun things, DX Labs software may be your choice. But the learning curve is steep and the number of settings and options is significant. DX4Win is very straight forward and so easy to use. I want to focus on making QSOs, not spending tons of time on the logging program.
