Both of these should stress test both Mach and LCNC.  From there we 
should be able to get some decent timing tests on the machine(s) that 
have them both installed.

If I had time I would be tempted to take the 10,000 segment circle and 
fit a NURB to it (it should very closely approximate a 4 control point 
box with sqrt(2) weights IIRC.  But I am going to be busier than all get 
out until after the first of next year...
