I rolled back to full acceleration commits Chris had worked on.  (I know 
it has issues but I don't remember the performance.)

Running this http://pastebin.ca/2449681  (short line segments) as before

Linuxcnc peaked out at about 150ipm vs 110.  An improvement for sure but 
not stellar.

I think a larger read-ahead is the priority.
