Good idea, it did not occur to me to check dmesg & xorg.log,
but it all makes sense if we believe drivers trigger it.
Will check the next time.

I see, thanks for the ideas :)

Fortunately for me, the crash happens so rarely that I can easily cope
with the current status quo, took me years even to report it...
