Criucilal factor: how many people would be coming ? We can find
facilities for any number up to, say, 40.
Forty would be a maximum. For it to be effective I'd prefer less, say
30. Let me draw up a list of invitees (not *all* of whom will come
doubtless).

I'm asking because I'd probably have to fly over on Saturday if
we do the meeting on Sunday - there don't appear to be any flights
from DUS to BHX that arrive early enough to make an afternoon
meeting.
