Hi Larry, If you know perl (or some scripting tool) you should be able to roll your own. One way is to archive out every email (sent and received) and have a perl script troll through the messages and summarise them to a sql DB and delete them. Basic, but it works. Many years back I got a guy to do just that, but I don't have the source code anymore.
