Hi Maryam, My FeLV+ girl has had a few bouts of diarrhea, and canned pumpkin (not pie filling, of course) seemed to help. Ember seemed to enjoy the flavor or texture of pumpkin, too. She ate it by itself, though I think most people stir it into other food.
