Works here. No segfault. (Just dead slow. :-) > Uncaught Exception: you should see a meaningful error message Try this: $ gdb --args fgfs --aircraft=Bravo --log-level=debug (gdb) break main (gdb) run (gdb) catch throw (gdb) cont ... then wait until it stops at the guilty "throw", do a (gdb) bt and post the interesting part of it, that is the first ~10 frames or something.
