This two fonts are identical in terms of Chinese characters. They are
from the same vender. ZYSong18030 doesn't have any embeded bitmap font
while SimSun-18030 does. But they are all GB18030 fonts.

I don't know about other languages, but for Chinese, SimSun-18030 is right.

Again, it is correctly labelled as

I am not sure how you get those lang labels, but except ZYSong18030,
they are correct in terms of Chinese. All three fonts covers both CJK
Unified Ideographs and its extension A. They are all good for both
simplified and traditional Chinese text.
