Thanks for the actionable item Jukka, here's my take on the S4 report: It sounds like the project has successfully migrated its infrastructure to Apache and is progressing well on the technical front. However, I'm concerned by the emphasis on technical details (eg, the feature list of the trunk-become-0.5 version) and the lack of details on "Grow the community"; it is the latter, not the former, which is the purpose of the incubator and a blocker to graduation. The community appears to consist of 2-3 active contributors: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-s4-dev/201202.mbox/author I'd like to hear from the PPMC how they plan to expand their dev community.
