basis that he has books on homeopathy. One has to be appropriately
educated and qualified to have that prefix attached to his/her name...

Cannot he be called a homeopath? Cannot he be better than many homeopaths,
trained in the medical colleges? Can Dr.Santosh write books on homeopathy?
He is confused and will make confusion worse confounded...
Dr.Gilbert will be quite honest in his work, as he is honest in the
assessment of modern medicine.
Regarding Gilbert, he has contributed nothing to this discussion after
simply providing a link to the Huffington Post article. If in providing
that link entitled "How scientific is modern medicine really?", he was
claiming that modern medicine was not really scientific, as opposed to
homeopathy and other healing rituals, then Gilbert would be anything but
honest on this matter.
**Dr.Santosh is really confused. Dr.Gilbert DOES ACCEPT the limits of modern
Western medicine. He brought his readers to such an awareness. I would
correct Dr.Santosh on two scores: Modern medicine is scientific. Homeopathy
is scientific, it has its own methodology. Both medical systems have their
own plus and minus points. Homeopathy has nothing to do with "religion,
faith, superstitious beliefs, subjective feelings and healing rituals".
<<Fr. Ivo and Admin Noronha will not understand this because of their
scientific illiteracy, and unfamiliarity with modern medicine, but Dr.
Gilbert ought to know that modern medicine is eminently scientific because
it strictly follows the self-critical scientific method of falsification by
observation or experimentation, and it rests on the solid foundations of
basic hard sciences, namely physics, chemistry and biology, fully consistent
with all their well-established principles.
**All of us know it. We know also its limits, which Dr.Santosh (boasting of
his "scientific literacy") does not know. He goes on repeating "ad nauseam"
his slogans... It is unscientific to call us "scientifically illiterate"...
Since he does not have a thorough knowledge of Reality, he can be called a
"pseudo-scientist"--in the name of Science he goes on denying what is beyond
Science...
