the drops occur in the mpeg file, since i see them on
both of my frontends, one a pvr350 and one my laptop
with mythfrontend

also the drops are occurring on both boxes. the ivtv
versions are: 3.5n (dual 250s) and 3.8 (no svn
revision) (single 350)
