To find your column width, try this: hold down Alt, then press O, to open format menu, then C, it says "column" then W, it says the default width of column which is 8.43, then release Alt key. Press backspace if you want to delete the default settings to change your desired width. I'm still in Jaws 3.7 and Office 2000 and I don't have problem navigating around Excel. Hope this help.
