Try a different keyboard. I've had keyboards that die all kinds of different deaths. One way or the other, yours is almost certainly defective. Keyboards don't cost a lot if you find you need to replace it.

Turn you keyboard upside down, and give it a controlled but ascertive shake. You could also spray clean air under the keys, but, do not spray anything onto / under the keys other than clean air.
