Hi, Your plan sounds good to me, as long as it works for you. I have a win 7 machine running JAWS 15 and have no plans to upgrade in the hopes of missing all the headaches with versions 17 and 18. And like you when my win 7 machine dies I will probably wind up with a win 10 machine, so for now I'm just trying to keep what little bit of hair I have left.

Besides my dissatisfaction with versions 17 and 18, it seems like most of the enhancements are for Windows 10 and have no effect on my Windows 7 system which I have no plans to upgrade. If things do change for the better in the future, I can always reestablish a new SMA.
