'Internal errors' are either FPC bugs or your hardware failed. Try
compiling 'clean'. If this fails: compile normal again. Some fpc
versions get some work done and stops with the error. Just try again
and compile normally (not clean) and FPC finishes the job.
If the 'internal error' is still there: Try another compiler (e.g.
fpc 2.0.4 or fpc 2.2 or fpc 2.3.1).
