I'll just carry on pulling it every other day then. Tried over night with the usb-uhci driver, no change, tried with the uhci (alternative, JE) driver and something that with the usb-uhci driver takes only two-three hours (before locking up the machine) was still running after 7 hours and/but had not even got as far as when using the usb-uhci driver. Some improvement with the CVS driver from yesterday though, I managed 2.6GB with the usb-uhci driver loaded compared to the 2.1GB (ish) with what was in the plain 2.4.18 tree. When it locks, the machine loses interrupts completely, so no keyboard and I can do nothing but hold down the powerbutton for hard poweroff, hence a bit tricky to collect details about what actually blows up. I am using the syslog to dump messages to the console. If anything changes, I'll post to the list. /Anders
