I just had a call from my ISP - Orcon.
Telecom have advised that I will be reconnected next Wednesday, the 23rd.
Should I be happy?
Tell telecom that because they have taken too long to reconnect your ADSL that they now must forfeit their (exorbitant anyway) reconnection fee.
If you get the right person on the phone, you might even get away with it.
