But there is no sign of a repeat mark or 1st and 2nd time bars in the MS, even though he takes the trouble to say 'Briskly and cheerily'. I think what Dave reads as 1st and 2nd time bars are meant to be bridge passages, but they don't work, as they don't join what comes before to what follows....
