I have the PDF unencrypted, but I'm not sure about copyrights etc, but if someone can clear that up, I'll hapily share the unencrypted version (which works perfectly without the crippled plugins for aged versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader).
as soon as I get a "buy receipt" from amazon, insidemapi.com or whatever site, I think I'll be lawfully authorized to get a copy of the book.
Do you think this could be a solution?
