+1 QVGA would be a clear no-go for me. I spent so much over the years on graphical UI improvement using kCoordinatesNative for 320x320. Redoing that for QVGA would be just too much effort. I am in the middle of the transition to Android anyway. Well, its Java, but at the end of the day you get things done much faster.
