I'm now making more muffins - same recipe except using coarse stone
ground yellow cornmeal and adding the sage I left out of the other
recipe :-)
baking because it is sooo cold here and apartment not quite warm enough
(rationalization :-))

Used a non-stick 6 cup popover pan, there are many on line but if I try
to share a link the links are uncomofortably long
I need to get back to "tinyurl" usage and I don't remember how to do it

The blue corn flour is from War Eagle Mill - I got it on Amazon when I
had a free trial of Prime so I got free shipping, but Bob's Red mill is
fine too.
The recipe here is lacking one thing I usually like to put in with
cornmeal muffins -- sage.. feel free to add that, or some chopped nuts :-)
