That looks really nice!

What it really needs is some delicious home-made Greek yoghurt. As it happens, 
I made some the other day, for the first time ever. After taking this picture I 
strained it for 2 hours to make it Greek, and then it was so delicious I ate it 
all immediately.

Used a non-stick 6 cup popover pan, there are many on line but if I try to 
share a link the links are uncomofortably long

I need to get back to "tinyurl" usage and I don't remember how to do it :-(  
write me if you can help with that..

The blue corn flour is from War Eagle Mill  - I got it on Amazon when I had a 
free trial of Prime so I got free shipping, but Bob's Red mill is fine too.

The recipe here is lacking one thing I usually like to put in with cornmeal 
muffins -- sage.. feel free to add that, or some chopped nuts :-)
