Hi Petras, I'm an Israeli Perl programmer (well, I dabble in Perl anyway) and an active member of the Israeli Perl Mongers (http://www.perl.org.il). I would also like to hear about such a repository, since I also have been having thoughts on translating the Perl documentation (to Hebrew in my case, of course :-)).
