Yeah.. Actually, I'm fine with paper work, but I get restless at meetings that aren't
well-organized (especially if I have something else due!).
I'd also like a technically competent manager, preferably one who was actually
programming and yet moved into management because he or she wanted to. (Rare!) ;)

My mom's getting me a PDA soon. I can start small before going smaller. =) I'm
thinking of asking for an iPAQ for my birthday present (instead of some
sentimental-value-laden necklace.. <wry grin>), since it supports Linux pretty well.
(Naks, on-topic again!) Unfortunately the Agenda VR3's not going to be available here
any time soon, unless I'm mistaken. (I hope I am! =) )

Yeahyeahyeah, go marry someone rich. (blech) Anyway, we'll see.

<g> Guess what my mom texted me? "Am at Microsoft office and they are having a party.
No occasion. Receptionist said this is normal here. Sounds like real fun" - oh no, my
mom's joined the Dark Side! ;)

True.
Anyway, I'm thinking of going straight for a PhD. That incidentally puts off all of
this worrying about the industry for quite a while. ;)

BOFH excuse #222: I'm not sure. Try calling the Internet's head office -- it's in the
book.
