Hello Lissette!! Thanks for your advice! Well my butt isn't that big, with
all the atrophy, it's pretty much just bones! Oh how I miss my old ass!!
{RIP LOL!} Anyways, you lay flat on your back all night?? You don't use
anything to get off your backside? I have been alternating with a wedge and
a pillow and yes it kills my shoulders! I sat in a donut for a few years &
my doc said that could have contributed to my roids .. what state are you
writing from? Much appreciated advice, Shala
