I would be happy to file the bug reports, except that I have been unable
to figure out how to do it.
I encountered a serious problem in the upgrade of Lubuntu 11.10 to
12.04, and have just spent a frustrating two hours trying (in vain) to
figure out how to report the bug.
In the end, the best I could do is post a question on the Ubuntu
forum.
For the crash of a component, the process appears to be simple. But if
there is no crash, there appears to be no way to report the problem. At
least, I could not find a way to report the problem in over 2 hours of
work trying to find out how to do it.
If I, as an experienced Linux user cannot figure out how to report a
bug, I wonder how it must seem for a new Linux user.
