I added a page to the wiki documenting Pitchbendsequencedialog as it is in
the merged branch.
I have two images illustrating it, but I can't upload them. I don't
remember having much problem uploading last time, so I have to wonder if
in the aftermath of the wiki-spam, that was turned off?
In the branch, I pointed Pitchbendsequencedialog's HelpUrl at that page.
Presumably when we merge it with trunk, we can adjust the URL and the
wiki.
