It used to be. I adapted it, but I left dialog name etc unchanged. For
that I apologize. If I'd known, I would have documented it clearly.
I am about halfway thru merging them now. Already now the dialog
calculates its name etc from the respective controller or pitchbend name,
so that should be clearer.
